PM Modi didn’t ask for Zakir Naik’s extradition: Malaysia PM

Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad on Tuesday said that his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi did not request the extradition of Zakir Naik during a meeting in Moscow earlier this month. “We are trying to find some place he can go to but at the moment, no one wants to accept him (Naik),” he said. Naik is wanted in India for alleged money laundering and inciting extremism through hate speeches.
